-Crush the leaves of rosemary or eucalyptus with your hands. Flatten as much as possible to extract all the oil
-Place the crushed leaves in a saucepan and add the almond, coconut or olive oil (one cup of oil for every 10 grams of leaves)
-Put the pot on low heat and cook for five hours to integrate both ingredients
-Once it is cold, filter to remove the remains of the leaves
-Rub your chest with oil and massage the area to clear the airways
