This Immune-Boosting Shot should be the first thing you drink in the Morning

  • 4 cups of filtered water

  • ¼ cup of raw apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ cup of raw honey

  • 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Preparation:
Place the filtered water in a pan and heat it over medium heat, till it starts to steam. After that, turn off the heat and add the honey by stirring it nicely so that it dissolves. Then, include the apple cider vinegar, turmeric, and cayenne pepper, and mix them well. Transfer the mixture into a pitcher; put it in a fridge for two hours in order to cool off.
